The Matamata Sports Centre is an aquatic facility located in the heart of Matamata. With something for everyone, it’s a place the whole family can enjoy some fun leisure time or have a work out in the pool either on your own or join in an Aquacise class.

Inside the Centre you will find the 25m heated indoor pool for your all year round enjoyment. There is also the spa pool to soak and relax in. If you would like something a little hotter lie back and take in the heat of the Sauna. The 1.6m deep hot rehabilitation Plunge pool is great for anyone with a disability or recovering form an injury to get those muscles working again.

During the months of October - March the outdoor area opens up for some great fun in the sun. There’s a 2.74m Dive pool with a trampoline and slide and next door for the little ones the Toddlers pool is cool fun. There is also another 25m pool for training or just to have some fun with your family and friends. There is a BBQ for hire, great for Christmas and Birthday Parties with plenty of room for games on the grass area.

All pools are available for private bookings. A great idea for an after hours function.
